RAARO Sips & Bites, a Cocktail Bar & Bistrot in Florence, was born from the passion of Claudio Mariottini and Francesco Fabiani for mixology, with interior design curated by Francesco Barthel. The name, RAARO (with two "A"s because one "A" alone wouldn't have been sufficiently rare), precisely expresses our philosophy: the pursuit of rare excellence, of what is not common, and that elevates the experience beyond the ordinary.
